Job Description

We have a small portfolio of residential apartment buildings in Canada. We are looking for a part-time accountant with experience in property management, tax filings and financial statement preparation, etc. The successful candidate can work independently.

Job Duties:

• Preparing financial statements (e.g. balance sheet, P&L, statement of cash flows)
• Tax preparation

Additional Duties:

• Account reconciliation
