The opportunity
(Please note this is a 12-month contract and hybrid working role.)
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Accounting, the Accounting Assistant provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and general ledger accounts. Assists accounting department through data entry, account reconciliation, preparation of accounting transactions and entry into Great Plains. This role also oversees the contract management process, is responsible for employee credit card reconciliations, accounts payable support, and provides the Revenue and Banking Accountant and Accounts Payable Specialist with general accounting support.
