Job Description
- Receiving cash and preparing receipts
- Updating various spreadsheets (Data entry)
- Outgoing and incoming mail & tracking
- Distributing paycheck
- Petty cash handling & tracking
- Filing and Photocopying
- Preparing periodic reports
- Any other task assigned by the management
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years experience of working in the same role.
- Office Administration Diploma or Experience in this position or in a related field.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication,
- Be able to prioritize and have attention to details.
- Knowledge of finance department procedures.
- Strong MS Office and MS Outlook skills (specially MS Excel)
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 8am – 4pm Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week.
- Shared office space

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
