As our Accounting Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Creating client invoices
  • Inputting time entries
  • Printing and issuing cheques
  • Managing client accounts
  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Administering employee payroll and benefits

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be great with computers, highly organized, and able to make logical decisions. Account management or financial experience, and knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting software are assets.

This is an in-person role, so applicants must be able to commute reliably to our Bedford office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
