Job Description

As the accounts payable agent for the Finance Department, you will contribute to Laura’s success. You will be responsible of verifies, codes, and processes Account payable accurately and in a timely manner.

How will you support the team?

• Enters and processes data/invoices into system, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Approves and codes into appropriate account number.
• Ensures all expenses meet Company policies.
• Prepares cheques and ensures payment is on time.
• Focus on credit card reporting.
• Monitor credit card availability.
• Reconciles credit card statements.
• Prepares month-end accruals.

Qualifications

• DEC in Accounting with 2 year working experience in account payable.
• Knowledge of financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in both French and English.
