Baran & Company CPA Prof. Corp. is seeking a full time Accounting Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate should be honest, hardworking, friendly, have an exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize. The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, to be the front-desk ambassador of our professional services firm.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include general administrative duties including assembly of financial statement packages including tax returns and enclosure letters. Duties also include invoicing and accounts receivable management, Canada Revenue Agency filing, booking client meetings, answering phones and general administrative duties as required. As we are a public accounting firm, considerable overtime hours are required during the months of February to April.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have strong administrative and communication skills, including proof reading for presentation, grammar and professionalism. The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment is a must, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Schedule:

· Full-time, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

· Considerable overtime hours are required during the months of February to April.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
