Dawn InfoTek Inc. is a professional IT consulting team that partners with major financial institutions, investment firms and government sectors. We have been dedicated in delivering cutting-edge consulting services and recruiting all levels of IT positions for our clients.

We are currently seeking a competent HR Administration Assistant (Intern) to join our dynamic team.

  • Term: 12 months Contract
  • Location: North York, Ontario

Responsibilities:

  • Collect position requirements, assist with creating job postings and employment advertising for on-line distribution
  • Input accurately all necessary information into database
  • Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, career events, etc. to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.
  • Update and maintain tracking documents with daily and weekly changes.
  • Work within a collaborative team to collectively deliver the best possible recruitment experience and procedure.
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing our clients and consultants’ excellent service.
  • Liaise with office administrator and manager to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time which are compatible with the position.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years proven administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Innovative thinker, able to use and develop new sources for recruitment.
  • Confident , passionate , driven to succeed and looking for a new challenge.
  • Eager to learn new technology and business knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and people oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Multitasking skills is must
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • MSP Recruiting working experience is a bonus
  • Mandarin is mandatory
  • Cantonese is an asset
  • Diploma / Degree with HR / Business / Psychology preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
