Fast-paced chiropractic/multi-disciplinary clinic is seeking to fill a permanent part-time administrative assistant position on our team!

Our ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills including a positive attitude, welcoming smile, organized, and confident conversing with patients. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Applicant must be able to work a variety of hours between 8AM and 8PM.

Duties include the management of 10+ Practitioner schedules; greeting and booking patients; taking payments; answering phone calls, texts and emails; printing, faxing and scanning documents; and office cleaning/laundry duties; assisting the Practitioners where needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are required.

We are looking for someone who is:

Dependable - shows up on time, every time.

Presentable - Dresses in appropriate business-casual attire

Independent - must be comfortable working alone at times and completing tasks properly without supervision

Assets include:

Knowledge of Mac computers

Prior Customer Service experience

Prior experience in communicating with health insurance companies

Experience with booking/billing software

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Weekend availability

  • Secondary School (preferred)
