We are seeking a highly motivated individual with phenomenal organizational and interpersonal skills as these are both important for providing excellent customer service. An interest in design and home trends with the ability to market ideas in a creative way is an asset. Top priorities include overseeing all social media platforms, general cleaning of the showroom, small retail sales, and assisting the bookkeeper with data entry. Some other duties of this position consist of answering phones, greeting clients, processing invoices, and handling files.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers
  • Creatively and actively manage social media accounts and website (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, IG & FB Stories, google, etc.)
  • General cleaning duties/keeping showroom tidy.
  • Answer phones and manage sales email
  • Small retail sales (cleaners, paint supplies, area rugs, wallpaper, etc.)
  • Order office supplies.
  • Data entry (entering information into bookkeeping software such as purchase invoices)
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office, Sage Accounting, Canva, etc.)
  • Occassionally lift products up to 40lbs

The selected candidate will be self motivated as well as team oriented with a willingness to learn new skills and product information!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
