Rotation/Shifts


Days, 8 hour shifts.

What you will bring

  • Post-Secondary Diploma in a Secretarial Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • One (1) year of secretarial/administrative experience;
  • Advanced level of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and EPIC;
  • Working knowledge of SMS;
  • Keyboarding 45 wpm;
  • Knowledge of interdepartmental services;
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level)
