William Blake Homes seeks an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position responsible for assisting with office management responsibilities. The AA will interact with both internal and external customers and provide administrative support. The AA is responsible for managing multiple tasks and should be flexible and willing to adapt to a changing and dynamic work environment. The AA will assist with daily communication with clients, vendors, and customers (answering calls, sending emails, etc.). Must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and projects when assigned. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently in a professional office and willing to meet with management, clients, and trades and show professionalism at all times with both internal and external customers. Good documentation skills are required. Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Valid Driver’s License and vehicle are required. Work background in construction administrative is an asset, but not required, working knowledge of Builder Trend software is essential.
