Job Description
- General administrative support and correspondence;
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences;
- Compile data, statistics and other information;
- Communicate with parents and participants (e-mail and phone);
- Bookkeeping; payable/receivable/month end/bank rec. (QuickBooks)
- Marketing assistant tasks, keeping electronic databases up to date
- Fluency in oral and written English and good communication skills;
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines;
- fPlayer and team registration portal
- Co-ordinate and work with Volunteers, Coaches and other Staff
Required Skills:
- Must speak English
- Microsoft Office Software experience
- Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
- Very strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks
- Must have a vehicle to commute to cricket fields
Assets (Nice to have):
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Web and / or social media management experience
- Marketing experience
Job Type: Full-time (Contract - 8 weeks), 35 Hours/week
