We are a dynamic and growing tech startup seeking an experienced and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth by providing essential administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Take detailed notes during department meetings and track progress towards OKR goals
- Schedule meetings, including podcasts, interviews, and webinars
- Prepare candidate interview meeting notes and coordinate with the HR department
- Create job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates
- Update our career website with new job postings and company updates
- Respond to payment disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Set up vendor contracts and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Be the liaison between different departments to help them pursue their departmental goals
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
