Our client, one of the big 5 banks, is looking to hire Everyday Banking Representatives to help support one of their Corporate Offices located in the Mississauga, ON area.

Please note - this is not a work from home role. Qualified candidates must be comfortable working hybrid in the Mississauga, ON area.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Proactively engage with banks clients through various communication channels to deliver an outstanding customer service experience, making every client interaction an exceptional one (phone/email)
• Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, assisting with a myriad of banking solutions and resolving client concerns at first point of contact
  • everyday banking questions, account openings, help on changing passwords, charge inquiries on credit card etc.
• Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one team
• Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
• Educate and assist clients with using the banks digital capabilities

Must Have Experience/Skills:

1) Must have previous Customer Service/Call Center Based Experience (Bonus if it is phone based experience)

2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
