Job Summary
To provide efficient, courteous service to members and guests, for their enjoyment of a variety of food and beverages.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Adhere to the limits of authorized policies, procedures, programs and budgets
· To prepare all seating areas for service, ensuring same are neat, clean and tidy.
· To provide food and beverage service to members and their guests according to standards established by management.
· Ensure that all storage areas, fridges are stocked and maintained in a professional fashion
· Will ensure an understanding of all products offered.
· Will participate in all training sessions organized by the Clubhouse management when requested.
· Will ensure that any member complaints are reported immediately to the Manager on Duty.
· Will ensure that a good working relationship is maintained with Food and Beverage staff as well as Clubhouse Maintenance staff.
· Requisitions additional stock as needed.
· Works and trains other staff on service.
· Ensures that chits are entered in at completion of each staff persons shift.
· Other duties as directed by management on duty
Skills Required
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Understanding of stocking products and requisition procedures.
· The ability to work well under pressure.
· The ability to work swiftly and efficiently.
· Must be responsible and be able to work under minimal supervision.
· Must be reliable.
· Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (18 years old)
· Must be Smart Serve certified
· Must be available to work during all hours of operation
