Myticas Consulting's direct client is looking for a Senior Java Developer for a long term REMOTE contract.

The successful candidate must have an Enhanced Reliability Security clearance.

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of development experience in a Java development environment.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience working on the front-end technologies including Angular, Rest protocol, HTML, Swager
• Demonstrated experience with application development components such as Spring Framework, Java persistence, RedHat Openshift or Kubernetes
• Demonstrated knowledge of microservice based architecture and deployment
• Demonstrated knowledge of QA methods, Test Driven Development (TDD) and tools such as Gherkin and Mockito.

The following will also be considered:

• Demonstrated ability to resolve technical issues and challenges with scrum team
• Demonstrated experience with application security including certificate management
• Demonstrated operational experience in maintaining a high availability system
