Reporting to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities include:

• Month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Provide financial analysis for projects and assist with budget and forecasts
• Review bank reconciliations and manage cash balances for projects
• Provide training and support to project staff
• Provide variance analysis of project funds and make recommendations
• Assist with internal audits
• Ensure implementation of financial controls and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Other duties as required

Qualifications
Mandatory:
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Post-secondary degree in finance or accounting
• Must be fluently Bilingual (English/French)
• 3+ years’ progressive accounting and analysis experience
• Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written

What’s the Bottom Line:

• $65,000 – $83,000 base annual salary
