Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Specialist, you will be working with Wholesale Automotive Operations team within Credit Processing Services division. As an Operations Analyst in the team, you will be responsible for Commercial loan disbursements, monitoring prefunding conditions/AML (anti-money laundering) requirements, updating systems with client and loan information, reviewing legal documents, quality assurance, acting as a subject matter expert providing opinions and advise to front line managers and colleagues, liaising with internal and external parties in regards to various funding conditions and related matters.

How You’ll Succeed

Processing & Attention to detail - Ensure that transactions are completed accurately and on a timely basis and in accordance to the Banks policies and procedures while dealing with high volumes and tight timelines.

Providing Exceptional Client Service - Provide customer service to our internal business partners such as Commercial Banking Division, Finance and Treasury. Communication includes emails and phone calls.

Teamwork – work as a team in getting various loan conditions fulfilled, provide backup support for your colleagues to succeed as a team.

Experience – understand various legal documents connected with Wholesale Leasing and Sales for Automotive industry. You have a working knowledge with MS office applications (word/excel/access) Experience in COINS, WI and DAS will be an asset. You are fluent in English and French, written and oral.
