Job Description

Are you looking to advance your career in a fast pace kitchen working with local ingredients? Do you have experience working in a busy kitchen line executing fantastic food or enjoy the preparation of food items for kitchen?

Hash/Forno is looking for skilled kitchen team members: Looking for day and night shifts with weekend availability, willing to train the right person.

Successful candidates can perform the following:

  • Opening or closing of restaurant on various stations
  • Preparing of food items on Hash breakfast menu and Forno italian menu including pizza's, Tomahawk steaks.
  • Working on fryers, saute, flat top range and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and kitchen.
  • Following recipes and plating of items
  • Working in a open kitchen in front of guests
  • Prepping of food items and executing catering events
  • Ability to commute to work on daily basis

Priority interviews will be given to individual who have Food safety certification.
