Aubin’s four core services areas include Indigenous and Stakeholder Engagement, Community Planning and Development, Strategic Planning, and Capacity Building.

This position will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial records as well as providing management with financial data. The right candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and cash-handling, and a profound understanding of accounting theory. The ideal candidate will also have a commitment to finding innovative solutions to problems, both large and small.

Responsibilities:

• Record customer information.
• Process customer billing.
• Enter customer transaction data into computer.
• Review bills and bank statements for accuracy.
• Prepare financial reports from data on computer system.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers using appropriate written and oral communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.33-$26.45 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calgary, AB T2H 2L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
