What you get to do every single day
Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Full-cycle Accounting (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Manage and review general ledger
Month-end processes
Journal Entries
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Monitor accounts by balancing entries
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
Previous Law Firm experience required
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
Foundational knowledge in Financial Statements
Experience with month end closings
Prior experience working with accounting software
5+ years of related experience working as an Accountant or Bookkeeper
