We are looking for an avid and motivated Business Development Representative. Former sales experience within the Security Services Industry is an asset, and this individual will be one who is committed to meet and/or exceed goals, with a proven history of consistent high achievement and an exceptional track record. For the right person, this position can lead to advancement of Management/Executive and beyond.

This position is remote-friendly; however, regular attendance in the office for in person meetings with company executives is necessary and strongly encouraged. We want to grow with you, and together.

You will possess and have a genuine interest in learning about the clients we serve, their goals, and their pain points. You are curious, you ask questions, and can think outside of the box.

You have a growth mindset and you’re open to coaching and continuous feedback. You are self-motivated, resourceful, and not afraid to challenge yourself. You definitely know how to grind.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new leads (outbound) by creating astounding first impressions with potential customers and partners.
  • Continuously build a sales pipeline for account executives and senior management.
  • Follow up and qualify inbound requests.
  • Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads in CRM and measure lead conversion and performance against quota.
  • Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and identify key stakeholders at new accounts.
  • Develop customized proposals for different target accounts and personas.
  • Experience with the RFP process in order to solicit bids from vendors and identify which one(s) Centaur Security Services Inc. is best qualified to compete for.
  • Work with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating Centaur's company values and services in hopes of proposition to decision-makers.
