Rate of pay $24.30 - $29.18 per hour

Reporting to the Manager of Purchasing and Central Services, the successful applicant will be a key part of the DSBN’s Purchasing and Central Services team that provides reliable goods and services in a cost-effective timely manner with exceptional customer service.
The Purchasing Services Buyer will be responsible for a variety of duties including the administration of contracts (determination of contract terms, conditions and specifications); facilitate the evaluation process; prepare, review and analyze bid awards; conduct vendor debriefs; determine appropriate clauses to be included in bid documents; and monitor vendor performance.
