We Staff Pros is a leading recruitment firm specializing in Clerical and IT sectors. We are currently seeking many Customer Service/Inside Sales/B2B/Call Centre Roles for our client in the St. Catharines/Niagara Region.

Salary:

  • $20.43/hr paid weekly+ 4% vacation pay
  • Hiring Bonus $1200.00*

Requirements:

  • Must have clean criminal record
  • Must have 2+ years of customer service/Sales
  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must be legal to work in Ontario
  • Must have great communication and written skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound/inbound customer calls and ensures proper documentation
  • Identifies problems and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly
  • Documents efforts and customer information in the system as required
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business process
  • Understands key performance requirements and Service Level Agreements
  • Develops and maintains process knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in training
  • Demonstrates understanding of the customers business needs and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Understands incident management process, adheres to client information system policies, and service desk procedures
  • Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
  • Promote client products and services by suggesting additional or alternative products to meet customer’s needs (Upselling)

Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments. The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis.

  • Secondary School (preferred)
