Job Description
Our Client is located in Cambridge(sheldon Drive and conestoga Blvd)
This is a full time permanent position with the Client.
Shift:Monday – Friday 1:30pm – 8:30pm plus one Saturday shift a month 10am – 4pm
Pay: $20/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cross check drivers conducted proper sign on procedures prior to issuing first call on shift
- Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate drivers
- Take Calls from customers, accounts and auto clubs and enter into a computerized software
- Scheduling calls for customers/accounts as required
- Clear calls using a computerized system
- Use a computerized system to access information
- Coordination of calls and drivers and locations
- Give calls to other locations when out of area
- Review data received via telephone, internet, e-mail and/or fax for accuracy
- Set, monitor and provide ETA's given to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay data to drivers accordingly
- Communicate with staff and clients from various auto clubs
- Liaise with clients and drivers to effectively plan and prioritize services, meeting expectation levels
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Skills:
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong people skills and ability to work with a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office/ Computer Knowledge
- Experience working in a call centre an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working productively in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to read maps and a vast knowledge of city - geographical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
