Care Coordinator - Edmonton, Alberta
Temporary position: July 2023 to April 2024 with full time hours. Monday to Friday 0830-1630

Reporting to the Director of Operations or designate, the Care Coordinator is primarily responsible for scheduling, coordinating and providing direction for field employees in the delivery of after hours services. The Coordinator works within and promotes a positive team environment and communicates effectively with all members of the team.
Your role
What you will need to be successful
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette
Scheduling experience preferably in the health care field is considered an asset
Be able to empathize with the complexity and difficulty of each client or field staff situation
Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and customer - focused team player
Must have the ability to work in the office - this is not a remote position
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
