What are we looking for:

Our Client, Limestone Trail Inc. is looking for a Carpenter – Installer. Limestone Trail installs customizable made-to-order sheds, cabanas, gazebos, and backyard guest houses in a single day! We are looking for a motivated individuals who will be in a leadership role that oversees the building and installation of these high-quality structures.

What we need from you:

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to keep up with physically demanding work.
• Minimum 3 years Carpentry and/or Construction experience required.
• Experience with hand and power tools for carpentry.
• Ability to calculate, measure, cut, shape materials.
• Understand blueprints and drawings.
• Must have valid G driver’s license.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers.
• Create and maintain professional customer and client interactions.
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of materials needed.
• Oversee installation of projects on client sites.
• Build all design projects as drawn.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, and vehicles organized and clean.
• Maintain proper site management and housekeeping.
• Other general labour work as needed.

Install backyard structures such as:

• pergolas
• garden sheds
• cabanas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour

• Lincoln, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
• Construction: 3 years (preferred)
• Hand and power tools: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G Drivers License (preferred)
