Responsibilities-

Assist the owner in maintaining our high standards of customer service, food quality, visual presentation AND cleanliness everyday.

Required Skills and Behaviors-

Be able to project a positive image to our customers

Be able to give our customers exceptional personal service consistently

Be able to check our customers through using our POS system quickly and accurately

Be able to safely prepare Fresh Produce for our customers

Be able to keep a clean, sanitized and tidy retail and work area for everyone

Be able to lift heavy products(60lbs)

Be able to stand on your feet and hustle when needed.

Flexibility-

Flexibility is critical. You must be willing help out whenever or where ever is necessary.

Experience-

Experience in the food industry and in retail is an asset, but not necessary.

You must be opened minded and be willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Compensation-Depends on experience.

Hours-

32 hours a week. Afternoon/Evening shifts(12 to 8). Weekends

• This is a year-round position
• Shifts are critical on weekends and holidays
• Must be flexible
• Willing to be called into work if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
