CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Salary: $19.00 per hour.

Your tasks at a glance

• You assist in conducting the pre-op and post-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
• You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
• You work closely with Optometrists.
• You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
• You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.
• You ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and equipment used during appointments.

A clear view of your assets

• You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également.
• You are motivated to learn how to use various diagnostic and testing tools and you have an ease with computer tools.
• Your experience in an eye-care environment is an asset: pharmacy lab technician, optometry assistant, dental assistant, sterilization assistant, animal health technician, etc.).
• You are available to work Monday to Friday 7:15am-3:45pm, no weekends.
