• Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment.
• Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and the status of accounts.
• Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers.
• Prepare files, respond to general inquiries.

• 2 + years experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in French, as well as English, is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative.
