Job Description
- Manage the global community of a NetEase game product.
· Develop overall social media marketing, player relations, and original content strategy (Facebook/Discord/Twitter/YouTube and other mainstream player community).
· Track program budgets and oversee overall social media and original content budget.
· Evaluate and lead innovation across platforms and channels, leveraging critical local market and industry insights.
· Oversee channel prioritization, PDCA, and momentum plans to ensure progress toward overall program goals.
· Partner with Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
· Maintain and optimize social media and original content playbook, brand voice, and guidelines.
· Monitor public relations and play's voice, regularly provide community insights and monitor reports to assist the team to improve.
· Explore creators and influencers from the community, and create a comfortable and encouraging creator environment.
· Work within strategic communications and other internal departments to ensure cohesion, create synergies, and streamline processes.
Job Requirements
- Community management/development background in the video game industry.
· Experience with communications across all forms of media.
· 2 or more years of social media and content marketing-focused program oversight.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Has proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations online.
· Ability to work with international teams to build brands.
· A Passionate gamer - familiar with Overwatch, Valorant, and other mobile game/console shooting games is a plus.
