Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced construction worker to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in construction and possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction work. The candidate should be skilled in multiple areas of construction and must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
  • Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, framing, drywall installation, concrete work, flooring, and painting
  • Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
  • Keep job site clean and organized
  • Ensure that all work complies with building codes and regulations
  • Complete tasks within a given timeline
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction work
  • Knowledge of multiple areas of construction
  • Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
