Job Description

We are currently looking for a CSR for our Niagara Falls office. Shifts are flexible. We are open 7 days a week (days 8:00 am -6:00 pm, weekends, 9:00 am -4:00 pm), and Floral giving holidays are a must with longer than usual hours. This is a part/full-time position in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and a positive attitude are a must. We are looking for someone who can adapt easily to working in a fast-paced environment and is reliable. Attention to detail is important, as well as multi-tasking.

The CSR is responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including pricing inquiries, product recommendations, order status, listening to understand the customer's concern, logistics, understanding the customer's issues, mail correspondence to existing customers, taking flower orders via phone, editing orders in our orders management system. Flower knowledge is an asset; however, it is not at all required. Strong oral and written communication skills are required; this is a phone position; therefore, there is no in-person contact with the public. Salary is based on experience and knowledge.
