CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – Casual (9am-1pm M-F)


Summary

In this part-time casual position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all incoming customer inquiries and bookings. They will also be responsible for sending sales and rental agreements, quotations and information requested by our customers. The Customer Service Rep plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

  • Responsible to Operations Manager
  • Working approximately 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday from 9 am – 1 pm + vacation/sick coverage, as needed)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Customer Service
    • Handle all incoming customer inquiries and orders for designated location
    • Act as backup for all incoming customer inquiries and orders for other locations
    • Collect information from customers in order to prepare sales and rental agreements
    • Enter all client information and sales/rental booking information in Total Recall Software
    • Send all agreements to customers and ensure they are received back prior to delivery
    • Handle any customer complaints as per company procedure

  • Quotations & Information
    • Prepare and send quotes, estimates and information sent to customers
    • Forward any non-standard quote requests to applicable sales and project managers
    • Provide data to Branch Manager regarding rentals, sales, and units for tracking purposes
    • Track KPI’s and submit to General Manager weekly

  • Outside Sales & Service
    • Follow up with past customers or previous inquiries via phone or email
    • Make cold calls to potential customers if incoming calls are slow
  • Accounting Support
    • Assist Finance Manager with Accounts Receivable for designation location
    • Ensure that all client information and method of payment is current and functional
    • Help Finance Manager with invoice coding, sorting, and various tasks

The Customer Service Representative may be required to perform a number of additional duties at the request of Secure-Rite, which contribute to the overall goals of Secure-Rite. Training and support will be provided to the Customer Service Representative as necessary.
