JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Handle and resolve customer concerns
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
Required Education and Experience:
- High school degree and / or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Experience with Customer Service principles and practices
- Healthcare product knowledge is an asset
