King's Services is Manitoba's leading provider of portable restroom, septic and vacuum truck service, temporary fence panels, plumbing, drain cleaning and excavation. Based in Headingley MB, we have provided essential service in the waste management industry for more than 35 years.

Position Overview

**This position is Part-Time-Weekends

Key Responsibilities

· Receive incoming and place outgoing calls in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to Customer concerns and providing guidance on our services to suit their needs.

· Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer requests to ensure that inquiries are solved in a timely manner.

· Process customer quotes and bid proposals, following up regularly until closed.

· Accurately book, confirm, track, and enter client requests and information into our custom database.

· Dispatch appropriate field technician to emergency/after hours call

· Resolve or refer more complex problems to the appropriate team member

· Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

· Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

· High School with the equivalent combination of office education and work experience

· Minimum of one-year phone customer service experience required, phone sales experience is an asset

· At least one year of experience with data entry into software database

· Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong computer skills, especially MS Office or custom databases

· Must be able to multitask, prioritize and manage your time.

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, growing team environment

· Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills combined with keen attention to detail.

· Dispatch experience would be considered an asset

· Must have a minimum of 50 MBPS high speed internet connection

· Must have a quiet workspace

· Must be eligible to work in Canada for any employer, without restrictions

Working Conditions

Remote work from home!

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
