We are looking for full-time CSR's to support our inbound/outbound call centre. If you have customer service skills, high attention to detail, quick learner, and friendly, please apply.

Some Responsibilities and experience are as follows:

• This position you must be able to rotate on weekends.
• Access and process information
• Routing drivers jobs to their
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Arrange for billing for services
• Perform general office duties
• Receive and log complaints
• Receive payments
• Review jobs and bill them accurately.

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
