We are looking for full-time CSR's to support our inbound/outbound call centre. If you have customer service skills, high attention to detail, quick learner, and friendly, please apply.
Some Responsibilities and experience are as follows:
- This position you must be able to rotate on weekends.
- Access and process information
- Routing drivers jobs to their
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Arrange for billing for services
- Perform general office duties
- Receive and log complaints
- Receive payments
- Review jobs and bill them accurately.
