We are looking for someone to fill the role of Receptionist / Customer Service Representative at Modern Auto Body Ltd, Edmonton's premiere Luxury Auto Body Repair Facility.

Modern Auto Body has been a family owned and operated business for 55 years. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and a high quality of workmanship to our customers with a focus on luxury brand vehicles. Our collision centre is well know in the market for our ability to bring vehicles back to their original factory condition. The brands that we are certified and factory trained to repair include Mercedes-Benz, Porsche BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Aston Martin, TESLA, Lexus and several others.

Your duties will include:

• Answering phones

• Assisting clients with their questions

• Acting as the communication hub for the business

• Booking clients in for work

Having experience in the hospitality industry or other customer facing role is an asset. On the job training will be provided by our expert team members for this role.
