We are a group of passionate snowboarders, based in Calgary Alberta Canada, surrounded by world-class ski resorts such as Sunshine Village, Lake Louise, Kicking Horse and Revelstoke. We are looking for a proactive, professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency and a willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who are driven to succeed, but also willing to take on additional responsibilities as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• 使用即时聊天工具与客户在线交流 (例如：微信)
• 熟悉微信各类功能，对于群运营和私域流量运营有一定的了解
• 需要吃苦耐劳的精神，工作主动认真，有高度的责任感，热爱单板滑雪行业

• 接受在校大学生，兼职/全职不限，本岗长期招聘
• 平时无需坐班，卡尔加里本地优先

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
