Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for (10) Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

  • Salary of 21.02$/h
  • 02-month contract with a strong potential of extension.
  • Full-time position, 37.50 hours per week.
  • Work-life balance: hybrid or remote role.
  • Training program: the training program will span 1-2 weeks, from Monday to Friday. Training sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After completing the training, you will work a rotational shift between 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. No work will be required on weekends.
  • Minimum 3 weeks advance notice regarding assigned work shifts.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customer service.
  • Answer inquiries via phone and e-mail.
  • Take orders.
  • Provide follow-up services to customers.
  • Handle customer requests of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Interact with both internal and external customers.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 6+ months work experience in a call center environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service; experience in industries such as technology or retail (an asset).
  • Proficient in using computer systems.
  • Must be able to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail is a crucial skill.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service abilities, exhibit empathy towards customers, and be patient.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly.
