Job Description
WeDoLaundry is hiring for a full-time dry cleaner & customer service representative for their new dry cleaning location in New Westminster. Must be available for 5 to 6 days per week and from 9:00 Am - 5:00 PM.
WeDoLaundry is an on-demand service operating in all cities of Greater Vancouver and specializing in sophisticated fabric care. We provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and alteration services from the store and with our pickup/delivery service.
Responsibilities:
- Serves customers by providing positive, friendly and courteous customer service
- Manage transactions when customers are dropping off new orders and picking up completed order
- Operate POS system
- Open new customer accounts by recording account information into POS system
- Detail and tag in new orders
- Assist in dry cleaning, ironing, assembling, bagging and racking orders
- Resolves service problems or customer complaints
- Help clean and maintain store
Qualification/Skills:

- Good in english (writing and speaking)

- Multi-tasking
- Be able to lift 30 pounds
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Previous experience in industry preferred
Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
