Canoe Fresh Foods is an independently owned and operated local grocery market.

We are a trendy, fun, grocery store that has a great bakery and cafe. We also have a deli/ kitchen with gourmet sandwiches, pizza, house made meals, and salads, this is where we need you! We make a variety of meals in house and have a take away home meal replacement business. We are looking for someone to bring their kitchen and customer service experience to work in our high volume deli setting. THis job entails but is not limited to preping daily food items, cooking, serving customers, and keeping a clean and tidy work space. Safe Food Handlers certificate will be needed for this position.

We are willing to train if you do not have experience.

This job is for YOU, if you have:

• Willingness to learn - using a mix of training and hands on mentorship you’ll learn how to prepare, create, and cook various menu items to our recipes or customized for customers
• Availability to work flexible hours that will include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Openness to getting the job done and helping your team in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
