KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick your own load of cylinders, plan out your day based on items dispatched for you, drive to required sites and pick up empties then offload trucks upon return and sort the cylinders.
• You will be using a computer scanner to complete deliveries and TDG forms
• You are responsible for your own truck and daily activities.
• Loading and unloading of cylinders will be completed with a forklift – training and certification will be provided
• Identifies and respects our commitment to our customers and ensures that deliveries are made in time.
• Products: Cylinders and hardgoods delivery.
• Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
• Process and confirm delivery slips.
• Assist in store with shipping, receiving, customer service and store duties as time allows / as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Unrestricted class 3Q driver’s license with a clean 3 year commercial drivers abstract.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
• Mechanical aptitude
• Collaborative communication style
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Knowledge of compressed gases and basic welding processes
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods would be an asset.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift and/or roll cylinders as necessary. Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
