Role: Amazon LEX Developer

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Implement chatbots using Amazon Lex platform with APIs (java/python based APIs) Collaborate with management, departments and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications. Design algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems. Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements. Test and deploy programs and applications. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain and improve existing software Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance. Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products. Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects. Participate in scrum, daily stand up, sprint and iterative development

Skill:

4+ years building chatbot/virtual assistant solutions using Amazon LEX Experience building solutions for IVR (voice chatbot) Knowledge of jscript, python is nice to have Comfortable working with basic change management and Git based source control systems Experience in developing software in different programming languages, and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages Experience using Jira/Confluence, Gitlab.
