he Learning Developer will design and develop learning assets for instructor-led, self-directed, eLearning, web, and multi-media products to meet the organization’s strategic learning needs. In addition, the Learning Developer will analyze, design and develop adult learning based on best practice using a variety of media platforms. Working with a broad range of staff and physicians, the Learning Developer will also assist users with process evaluation and recommendations for further efficiencies where appropriate. The Learning Developer will strive to continuously improve the learning offerings and advance the technological capabilities of the organization
The role is also engaged in the facilitation and delivery of workshops and programs.
Rate of Pay: $31.48 per hour - $39.35 per hour
Status: Tempoary Full-Time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
