At CAPX, we are disrupting $5 trillion+ corporate financing markets. We enable private equity firms and CFOs to quickly identify and access relevant capital structures and lenders, accelerate transaction execution, and cost-effectively obtain capital greater than $5 million. We have successfully launched over $1 billion in transactions by the end of 2022 and are on the way to achieve $100 million in monthly new deal volume.

We are looking for a full stack digital marketing professional to lead our branding and customer acquisition initiatives. As a core member of the team, this individual will be instrumental in the growth of our platform. While independent contribution will be a large part of this role initially, you will also have the freedom to create and lead a marketing team in lock-step with the growth of the platform. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of effective B2B digital marketing strategies, proven track record of lead generation and the drive to take on challenges.

Qualification:

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience - experience with B2B services is essential. Experience with financial services, B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software business would be a huge plus.
  • Proven ability to understand target B2B customers and design appropriate multichannel campaigns
  • Proven track record of having generated high value leads through email campaigns. Detailed knowledge of email automation, sequencing, drip campaigns, etc.
  • Demonstrable track record of having developed and successfully implemented brand positioning and multi-channel marketing strategies - startup experience preferred
  • Complete mastery of B2B advertising venues, including LinkedIn, native/direct ad platforms and email marketing strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress and other relevant web site publishing platforms, as well as Salesforce, Apollo and other relevant CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Well-developed professional network to source designers, writers, PR professionals, etc.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital media or communication
  • Self-motivated, independent and reliable

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of markets CAPX operates in by regularly following industry news, events and competitor activities
  • Drive lead generation and prospect engagement. Design and implement multi-channel outreach strategy, including paid media, content marketing, emails and cold-calls
  • Create copy for digital advertisements, coordinate with designers, create, manage, analyze and improve ad campaigns
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a content strategy. Coordinate with writers for appropriate content creation
  • Maintain and update client facing website and own social media presence of CAPX though regular postings, announcements and other online activities
  • Continually analyze the results of marketing strategy and make relevant ongoing changes
  • Periodically interact with C-suite clients to promote CAPX
  • Collaborate with designers, programmers and other third parties to develop and maintain digital assets
  • Identify, source, coordinate with and manage outside resources / contractors. Ability to work independently and produce reliable results is the key to success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
