Responsibilities:

• Ensure all dishes and silverware are spotless for our guests
• Ensure all cooking equipment is cleaned properly
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
• Support cooks and chef with meal preparation and cooking duties when required
• General Kitchen Duties/Tasks as required by the Head Chef

Candidates Should Have The Following Qualifications:

• Ability to assist in the building of fantastic cuisine in a casual upscale kitchen
• Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment

• The ability to thrive under pressure, think on your feet and take direction from a variety of teammates

• A strong drive for organization and cleanliness
• Very detail oriented

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
