Job Description

We're searching for individuals who are interested in pursuing management positions in a growing and ever-changing business. The Dispatch Manager must have a strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the transportation industry to oversee daily on-the-job functions. This position requires a high level of tact, negotiation, persuasion and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Track available drivers and assign them to customers in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints and find solutions.
• Manage the workflow of dispatchers.
• Mentor dispatch associates.
• Communicate with the dispatcher support staff to ensure the database is up to date at all times.
• Coordinate daily activities with the rest of the dispatchers on duty.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
