Truck Team Member – Driver, Customer Service & General Labour
Pay: $20.00-$25/hour
Full-Time Available

With 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, each day is different from the next. You’ll be matched up with different team members and travel around to different areas of the city in our awesome shiny blue trucks! You'll visit our customers’ homes or businesses to take away their unwanted items. We are committed to being environmentally friendly by recycling, donating and other options for keeping as much out of landfills as possible.

As of March 2020, Junk Removal is mandated as an "Essential Service” by the City of Ottawa.1-800-GOT-JUNK? has adjusted its service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal Service”. Our Safety Focus Areas (SFAs) include but are not limited to:

• Adhering to Physical Distance: Our teams always practice physical distancing with our customers and clients.
• Safety Equipment & Training: Our teams are provided with masks, gloves, sanitization wipes, and any additional PPE along with ongoing training and additional resources employees require to successfully and safely complete their jobs.
• Refusal of Service: Our teams and customers are empowered to reschedule a service if it puts our people or our customers at risk.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 24+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license & good driving record
• A positive, friendly attitude
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs+ repeatedly
• Previous general labour, customer service, sales or driving experience a plus.
