Job Description

Silverline Sand & Gravel Ltd. is looking to hire a full-time dump truck driver with a class 1 driver’s license. Need experienced driver. Driver will be driving a well maintained 379 long nose Peterbilt. Pipeline work. Mostly tandem but also have pony and quad work. Day and night shift available running 5-6 days a week. 8-13 hour shifts. Paid yard to yard.

The duties of a Dump Truck Operator include:

• Valid BC Class 1 Driver's License
• Must be able to drive 18sp
• Experience driving commercial vehicles and pulling pony, transfer trailer and quad wagon trailer
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and equally motivated working independently
• Ability to exercise good judgement and show initiative
• Self-motivated and dependable with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Competitive compensation packages;
• Full-time, permanent employment;
• Work shift: Day and night shift available, 8-12 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week;

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour (Salary is commensurate with experience).
